Immediate Start : Business Development Leader - Staffing & Managed Services

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Leader with proven expertise in Enterprise Sales for IT Staffing and Workforce Solutions. This role requires a strategic hunter with deep relationships across Fortune 500 companies, large enterprises, and C-Suite decision-makers. You will be responsible for building high-value partnerships, driving revenue growth, and positioning our staffing solutions as a trusted partner in talent acquisition and workforce transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Enterprise Business Development : Identify, target, and acquire large enterprise clients for IT staffing and managed services.
• CXO Engagement : Build and nurture strong relationships with C-Suite leaders (CHROs, CIOs, CTOs, Procurement Heads, Business Unit Heads) to establish long-term partnerships.
• Sales Strategy & Execution : Define and execute the sales strategy to achieve aggressive growth targets in the IT staffing domain.
• Account Management : Own key enterprise accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
• Partnership Building : Leverage networks and industry connects to open doors, influence decisions, and position the organization as a preferred IT staffing partner.
• Contract Negotiation : Drive complex deal negotiations including rate cards, SLAs, MSAs, and long-term staffing agreements.
• Market Intelligence : Track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging client needs to shape business offerings.
• Leadership Contribution : Mentor the sales team, contribute to brand building, and support overall revenue strategy.
