Job description

Work Mode : Remote / Work From Home

Salary : from USD 700 - 1200 (negotiable for outstanding candidates)

About the role :

This role focuses on driving revenue growth by headhunting and developing partnerships with hosting agencies, hosts, and high-value users.

Key responsibilities :

a) Recruit, train, and manage live-streaming agencies & streamers (with emphasis on headhunting from competitors, social media, and personal networks);

b) Handle agency and streamer affairs, ensuring quick and effective problem-solving;

c) Identify and maintain relationships with high-value users (key spenders / VIPs);

d) Provide regular reports and ensure efficient teamwork and collaboration.

Requirements

a) Prior BD experience in audio live-streaming, MCN, or related industries preferred; existing agency / streamer or VIP user resources are a strong plus;

b) Strong headhunting and negotiation skills; ability to work independently with strong ownership and result orientation;

c) Proficiency in Hindi is required; good command of English (both written and spoken) to be used as a working language;

d) Proficiency in Excel and basic data analysis skills;

e) Bachelor’s degree or above.
