Qualifications & Skills

Mandatory

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in payments and SWIFT domain.
• Strong understanding of SWIFT messaging (FIN / MT, ISO20022, FileAct, Interact).
• Experience in drafting BRDs, FRDs, and use case documents.
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies, using tools like Jira and Git.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder engagement skills.
