1. Pre-Production & Planning Phase (The Briefing & Strategy)

Production & Logistics Phase (The Build & Move)
Vendor Management : Oversee suppliers, vendors, and internal workshops responsible for fabrication, carpentry, lighting, AV, and graphics production, ensuring quality control.Timeline Adherence : Maintain strict project timelines, as exhibition deadlines are non-negotiable (e.G., event opening date).Documentation : Handle all mandatory logistics documentation, including venue approvals, risk assessments, insurance, and health & safety compliance for the site.Shipping & Storage : Plan and manage the logistics for safe transport of the stand materials to the exhibition venue, including customs clearance for international events.3. Execution Phase (The On-Site Delivery)
Installation Management : Be the key liaison during the high-stress, on-site installation ("build-up").
