Key Responsibilities :

• Strategic Planning and Development : Developing & implementing the company’s strategic plan in alignment.
• Project Management : Overseeing the execution of strategic projects & initiatives. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence : Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Providing insights and recommendations based on market analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Corporate Planning / Development : Identifying and evaluating potential mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and alliances. Lead due diligence processes and negotiations for corporate development activities.
• Innovation and Growth Initiatives : Fostering a culture of innovation within the organization to drive growth. Oversee the development of new products, services, and business models.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights and build support for strategic initiatives. Communicate strategic goals and progress to various stakeholders.
