About goSTOPS

We're goSTOPS, a Series A-funded hostel chain backed by Blume Ventures. We're scaling from 30 to 100+ properties across India, and we're building something different—hostels where you actually know what to expect because we control the entire experience centrally.

Over the past few months, we've nailed the basics : happy customers (NPS ✓), solid product experience (website revamp ✓), and launched new offerings like workcations, group bookings, coliving, referral program, and social features.

Now we need to grow.

Fast. And we believe building products that solve customer problems is how we'll do it.

What you'll do

Your job is simple :

help more people book stays with us .

That means :

Improve booking conversion— analyse where users drop off, identify friction points and run experiments to optimize the funnel

Improving adoption of various offerings — optimize discovery, improve user journeys, and get more people using them.

Launch features that drive revenue

— identify unmet user needs and industry gaps, then build solutions that increase revenue

Own the numbers— define what success looks like, track it relentlessly, run experiments, and double down on what works

Drive fast experimentation

— understand our systems and integrations well enough to scope what can be built quickly, work closely with engineering to remove blockers, and ship experiments rapidly

You're a great fit if :

You have a technical background —you've 3 to 6 years of experience, coded before or understand systems well enough to have smart conversations with engineers about feasibility and architecture

You're analytically strong —you can analyze funnels, design experiments, interpret data, and make evidence-based decisions

You think like an owner —you take full responsibility for metrics, don't need hand-holding, and are comfortable with ambiguity

You move fast and experiment constantly —you'd rather test and learn than debate and perfect

You're curious about users and travel —bonus if you're a traveller yourself who gets the hostel / youth travel vibe

You're excited about making youth travel accessible in India
