About the Role :

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of project coordination, team management, and client communication. Youll be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

Plan, execute, and oversee projects from initiation to completion.
Coordinate with internal teams (development, design, QA, etc.) to ensure smooth workflow.
Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
Communicate project updates, risks, and deliverables to stakeholders.
Prepare project documentation, reports, and meeting notes.
Assist in resource allocation and workload management.
Identify potential bottlenecks and provide proactive solutions.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction.

Required Skills :

1 - 3 years of experience in project coordination or management.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Good understanding of Agile or Waterfall project methodologies.

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Basic understanding of IT / software project lifecycle (preferred).

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.

Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum) is a plus.
