Job description6-11 years of experience in network security and firewall management, specifically with Palo Alto technologies. Strong understanding of TCP / IP, routing, and switching protocols. Hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewall configuration and management. Knowledge of VPN technologies, including IPsec and SSL VPNs. Familiarity with network intrusion detection and prevention systems (IDS / IPS). Certifications such as Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE) or equivalent are highly desirable. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell for automation tasks. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Description
We are seeking a skilled Network Security Engineer with expertise in Palo Alto technologies to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security of our network infrastructure, implementing security measures, and responding to security incidents.
Mandatory Skills : Palo-Alto, Cisco ASA, Routing & Switching & Implementation / deployment, Firewall Life cycle management, Cisco ISE (NAC), FPR, Cisco ISE.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain network security solutions using Palo Alto firewalls.
- Monitor network traffic for unusual activity and respond to security incidents promptly.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and mitigate risks.
- Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the security of network architecture and infrastructure.
- Stay updated on emerging security threats and trends in network security.
- Assist in the development and execution of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
