💼 What You’ll Do
- Identify and approach potential clients across diverse industries (Tech, Energy, Real Estate, Finance, Manufacturing, etc.)
- Pitch The BlackBox Talent ’s unique recruitment and AI-assessment solutions to decision-makers (Founders, HR Heads, and Hiring Managers)
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, LinkedIn outreach, and referrals
- Negotiate and close deals — you earn a commission for every successful client engagement
- Build lasting relationships with clients by understanding their talent needs and providing value-driven solutions
