Company Description

The National Industries Research and Development Council (NIRDC) is dedicated to promoting industrial development across various sectors, particularly in the MSME, Food Processing, Fisheries, and Agriculture industries. Supported by key ministries such as the Ministry of MSME, MOFPI, Ministry of Fisheries, Ministry of Agriculture, and other governmental bodies, NIRDC aims to raise public awareness, disseminate knowledge, and provide guidance on grants, schemes, and support mechanisms to encourage industrial growth and entrepreneurship.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Customer Support and Telesales at NIRDC, located in Bengaluru. The primary responsibilities include providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, offering technical support, and utilizing analytical skills to resolve customer inquiries. The role also involves daily interactions with customers, addressing their concerns, and promoting relevant services to potential clients.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Support and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective communication
• Experience in problem-solving
• Analytical Skills for assessing and improving customer service processes
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru
• Previous experience in telesales or related roles is advantageous
• High School diploma or equivalent; further education or relevant certifications are a plus
