About the Role :

Join a reputed NBFC as an Assistant Manager and play a key role in branch operations, sales, and client servicing. You will support the Branch Manager in achieving business targets, driving client acquisition, and ensuring smooth branch functioning.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in managing daily branch operations and support achievement of sales and business targets
• Actively participate in acquiring new clients and cross-selling financial and forex products
• Coordinate with teams to ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies
• Help in onboarding customers and resolving queries to ensure excellent customer service
• Maintain records, support reporting, and assist in branch financial management
• Support team leadership and training initiatives to boost branch productivity
