Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Customer Service Executive specializing in holiday planning. The primary responsibilities include assisting customers with activity bookings, addressing queries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and managing customer support processes. The role involves direct interaction with customers to provide effective and courteous service, contributing to a positive overall experience.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and communicate effectively with customers
Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction
Experience in Travel company & Customer Service Management or a similar role is preferred
Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and deliver solutions promptly
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Prior experience in the travel or hospitality industry is an advantage
