Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant to design, implement, and optimize financial planning and analysis (FP&A) solutions using Workday Adaptive Planning.
Responsibilities :
- Lead or support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Workday Adaptive Planning solutions.
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, and IT teams to analyze business requirements and develop financial models, reports, and dashboards.
- Design and build planning templates, assumptions models, and forecasting tools for budgets, workforce planning, and revenue / expense projections.
- Provide data integration support between Workday Adaptive and other systems (e.g., Workday HCM, ERP, HRIS, CRM).
- Conduct user training sessions and create system documentation for end users.
- Troubleshoot system issues and ensure data integrity across financial models.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to automate or enhance FP&A processes.
- Stay current on Workday Adaptive Planning releases and features to recommend process and system enhancements.
Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or related field.2–5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning (implementation or administration).Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.Experience with modeling, formulas, and reporting in Adaptive Planning.Proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and report building.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.Nice to Have :
Workday Adaptive Planning certification or equivalent implementation experience.Experience integrating Adaptive with Workday HCM / Finance or other ERP systems.Consulting or client-facing experience in system implementations.
