Job Description : Position : Designer (UI / UX)

Location : Gurugram, Haryana.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Interaction design and pixel-perfect wireframe creation.
Conduct end-user usability studies and reviews; design A / B testing to improve usability.
Create personas and incorporate personalization into applications.
Collaborate with the Product team to create wireframes / mockups and ensure usability criteria are met.
Prior experience with designing mobile apps (iOS / Android) is preferred.
Utilize UX design best practices to design solutions and understand mobile-first and responsive design.
Expertise in standard UX software (e.g., Sketch, Axure, InVision, Figma, Adobe XD) is essential.
Conduct user research, user testing, and heuristic analysis.
Collaborate closely with teams and stakeholders to deliver design solutions.

Desired Experience :

Minimum of 3+ years in UI / UX design.

Experience in designing web applications for product-based companies.

Good communication skills and ability to work as an individual contributor.

Evaluation Criteria :

B.Des / M.Des from premium institutes (IITs / IIITs) preferred.

Open for Gurgaon location and work from office.
