The Founders Office at Rapid Claims is a strategic and operational powerhouse that drives

growth, efficiency, and cross-functional alignment across the company. We’re looking for an

adaptable and driven individual with experience in business strategy, operations, and project

management to support the founders in building a high-performing, innovative organization.

Experience Requirement : -

• 2-4 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, preferably in a

Saa S organization or top consulting firms

Overview

As part of the Founders Office at Rapid Claims, you will serve as a critical partner to the

founders, translating high-level strategic initiatives into actionable plans and supporting the

company’s rapid growth. This role involves a unique blend of strategy, operations, and

generalist responsibilitices across functions, including sales, marketing, and organizational

development.

Responsibilities

focusing on growth in sales, marketing, and operations.

Oversee workflows and processes to enhance scalability, efficiency, and cross-

functional communication.

Drive sales and marketing initiatives, developing data-driven strategies for lead

generation, customer engagement, and brand visibility.

Provide strategic insights, manage key projects, and coordinate high-profile initiatives

with an emphasis on business growth.

Advise founders on strategic and operational matters, support team skill

development, and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Qualifications
