Job Duties and Responsibilities

CDOC Team : Cyber Defense Operations Center (CDOC) team operates with a hybrid structure, strategically leveraging an offshore team of 7 analysts to provide extended coverage and specialized skills, seamlessly integrated with an onsite team of 8 members

CDOC / SOC Lead is a critical role responsible for the day-to-day operations and effectiveness of the Security Operations Center (SOC). This individual will lead a team of security analysts, ensuring the timely detection, analysis, response, and remediation of security incidents. The SOC Lead will also be responsible for developing and refining SOC processes, procedures, and playbooks, as well as contributing to the continuous improvement of the organization's security posture. This role requires strong technical expertise in security monitoring and incident response, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Demonstrated ability to translate strategic security objectives into actionable plans and effectively guide the SOC team in their implementation, ensuring alignment and tangible results.

Business Acumen : Understanding the business context and potential impact of security incidents.

Ability to work effectively with other security teams, IT departments, and business units.

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Proficiency in analyzing security logs and events from various sources (e.g., SIEM, firewalls, IDS / IPS, web proxies, endpoint security solutions). XSIAM experience is would be a huge plus along wiht security certifications if any.
