Role Overview :

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Admin Assistant Manager to support our

HR and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing HR

functions, office administration, employee engagement, and compliance across our Kolkata

office.

Key Responsibilities :

Human Resources :

Assist in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.

Maintain employee records and ensure HR databases are up-to-date.

Manage performance appraisal systems and employee evaluations.

Support payroll preparation and coordinate with the accounts team.

Address employee grievances and foster a positive work environment.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.

Administration :

Oversee day-to-day office administration including facilities and vendor management.

Coordinate travel arrangements, office supplies, and other administrative logistics.

Ensure smooth functioning of IT, housekeeping, and maintenance support.

Maintain administrative records, files, and documentation.

Key Requirements :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related

field.

5 to 10 years of relevant experience in HR and administration.

Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficient in MS Office and HRIS tools.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
