Job Summary :
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Associate / Generalist with 2 years of experience to manage both HR operations and recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll, attendance, and coordinating with internal stakeholders. Strong communication and management skills are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for both blue-collar and white-collar positions
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and timelines
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and agencies
- Conduct initial screening, schedule interviews, and manage offer rollouts
2. Onboarding & Offboarding
Handle complete onboarding formalities including documentation, induction, and system accessCoordinate with departments to ensure smooth joining experienceManage exit formalities, conduct exit interviews, and ensure clearance process3. Employee Engagement
Plan and execute employee engagement activities and initiativesCollect employee feedback and support HR in enhancing work cultureAssist in organizing events, celebrations, and team-building programs4. Attendance Management
Monitor and maintain daily attendance and leave recordsAddress employee queries related to attendance, salary, and deductions5. Stakeholder Management
Liaise with internal departments like Admin, IT, Finance, etc., to support HR operationsEnsure effective communication and coordination with department heads for HR needsKey Skills Required :
