Lead the copy direction across major campaigns, ensuring every word reflects brand strategy, tone, and intent
Collaborate deeply with Art, Strategy, Design, and Account teams to build cross-platform, idea-led work
Elevate creative output across the board, championing consistency, originality, and high craft
Inspire and mentor a growing team of writers, cultivating breakthrough thinking and fearless creativity
Present work to senior clients with confidence, empathy, and storytelling flair
Push boundaries with insight-driven ideas that are culturally relevant and platform-first
Embrace Generative AI tools to fuel faster ideation, refine narratives, and enhance creative efficiency
What You’ll Bring
8-11 years of copywriting experience, including 2 -3 years in a creative leadership role
A well-rounded portfolio spanning brand campaigns, digital storytelling, social-first ideas, and innovation-led work
Proven ability to lead copy teams, while collaborating across disciplines and with clients
Deep understanding of brand voice, consumer behavior, platform nuances, and emerging content formats
Experience integrating GenAI tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, etc., into creative processes
Strong presentation, persuasion, and mentorship skills—you know how to guide, not just edit
