Cybage Software - Business Analyst - MarTech / AdTech Domain

Required Skills :

• 6 to 10 years of overall IT experience, with at least 4+ years in a Business Analyst role.
• Hands-on experience in Media & Advertising industry (MarTech, AdTech, Publishing, Entertainment) domains.
• Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Knowledge of different tools and platforms used in the advertising, publishing and digital marketing eco-system
• Strong understanding of process mapping, workflow design, and gap analysis.
• Proficiency in preparing BRDs, FRDs, Use Cases, and User Stories.
• Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodologies and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business :
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and define business requirements, process challenges, and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct requirement workshops, interviews, and process walkthroughs with business and technical teams.
• Translate high-level business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
• Develop and maintain process flows, user journeys, and business process documentation.
• Partner with Solution Architects to align business requirements with the proposed technology roadmap.
• Work with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure clear understanding and traceability of requirements through delivery.
• Support RFI / RFP responses by documenting business requirements, value propositions, and solution fitment.
• Assist in UAT planning and execution, ensuring that solutions meet business expectations.
• Benchmark and research industry best practices to recommend process enhancements and efficiency improvements.
• Participate in thought leadership activities such as case studies, whitepapers, or domain-focused discussions within Cybage.
