Valid Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) certificationMinimum 2+ years of technical support experience involving Red Hat technologiesGlobal customer exposure through written, verbal, and live chat communicationExperience managing customer escalations via chats, tickets, and callsResponsibilities
Understand and troubleshoot user queries within the defined TATProvide technical assistance to learners (internal & customers) for Red Hat Online LearningSupport instructors with lab environments during virtual trainingsCollaborate with Red Hat training teams to resolve learner issuesPerform QA testing on the training platform for new feature releasesMaintain accurate documentation and contribute to process repositoryPropose and define process improvementsPerform root cause analysis for recurring issuesLog Jiras with complete documentation for reproducible issues requiring curriculum interventionAdhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policiesDeliver excellent customer satisfaction and uphold Red Hat’s brand image
