Inviting applications for the role of Consultant_ Workday Solutions Architect
In this role, you will be responsible for project management activities for a Workday HCM project which requires knowledge and understanding of the HCM modules. Moreover, awareness of the integrations and coordination with multiple teams is expected.
Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end delivery of HCM initiatives, ensuring integration with third-party systems.
Manage the entire project lifecycle, from planning and design through testing and deployment.
Provide end to end solution and design details during Architect Sessions.
Identify business critical Workday new features released and provide client demo
Accurately estimate effort and resources required to complete projects as related to areas of expertise
Provide input on project staffing based on requirements
Lead the end-to-end delivery of HCM initiatives, ensuring integration with third-party systems.
Exceptional understanding of and experience in Workday delivery methodologies and models specifically designed for software as a service
Broad business and technology experience and a good awareness of industry trends
Excellent leadership skills, including ability to delegate, motivate, lead, attract and develop staff.
Excellent customer management experience, working with senior executives in customer organizations with the ability to formally present to senior client and conference audiences.
Excellent skills in managing conflicting demands and performing effectively in complex and difficult situations, including negotiation, conflict resolution and relationship management.
Sound commercial understanding of utilization within a services organization and the importance of these targets.
Able, if required, to travel to customer sites in the same region (minimal out of region travel may also be required)
Ability to work with different functional & technical consultants to understand cross functional dimensions of Workday configuration
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Participating and leading client discussions and meetings
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
BE / MBA / M.Tech
Experience in Workday HCM Implementation and Support
Preferred Qualifications / Skills
Strong functional knowledge of Workday HCM module, such as Core HCM, Compensation, Adv. Compensation, Absence Management, Talent Management, Recruiting / Onboarding, Learning Management, or Time Tracking
Experience in configuring Workday HCM modules to meet client requirements
Commanding knowledge in HR domain and Business Process Flows.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients and technical teams
Good understanding of HR processes and practices
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
