The Associate in the Business Partner function, within the overall Human Resources Business Unit plays a multifaceted role, driving strategic alignment with the business, performance reporting, lifecycle management, employee relations and engagement.
This is a highly visible, employee-facing role that requires daily interaction with team members and firmwide employees across all levels to address queries, resolve concerns, and ensure seamless employee experience. This profile offers a steep learning curve, providing rich exposure to people strategy, organizational dynamics, and data-driven decision-making while providing hands-on experience of working with senior stake holders.
