Job Title : Quality Engineer –

Construction (Real Estate Projects)

Department : Quality Assurance / Construction

Location : Project Site (As Assigned)

Reporting To : Quality Manager / Project Manager

Job Purpose :

To ensure that all construction activities are executed as per approved drawings, technical specifications, standards, and quality norms of the company, maintaining compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Quality Assurance & Control

• Implement and monitor project quality control procedures and inspection plans at site.
• Verify workmanship and materials against approved drawings, method statements, and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with IS codes, NBC, and project quality standards.
• Conduct inspections at all stages — pre-concreting, post-concreting, reinforcement, formwork, masonry, finishing, etc.
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure corrective and preventive actions on quality deviations.
