Job description

Key Responsibilities :

Act as the primary interface with customers for all quality-related matters.

Analyze customer complaints and non-conformances, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and drive timely corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Prepare and submit customer reports such as 8D, SCAR, and other quality documentation within defined timelines.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, to address customer feedback and prevent recurrence.

Track and analyze customer quality KPIs; lead improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.

Participate in customer audits, assessments, and meetings as a TPI quality representative.

Ensure alignment of internal quality processes with customer specifications and expectations.

Support new product introduction (NPI) and engineering changes (ECN) by validating quality criteria and risk management tools like PFMEA and control plans.

Liaise with internal teams to ensure proper implementation of containment actions and long-term solutions.

Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement across the plant.

Qualifications :

2–6 years of experience in customer-facing quality roles, preferably in composites, automotive, aerospace, or wind energy industries.

Hands-on experience with quality tools : 8D, 5 Whys, FMEA, MSA, SPC, and CAPA.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and internal teams effectively.

Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of ERP and QMS systems is a plus.

Working knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 / AS9100 standards is desirable.
