We’re looking for a Senior Meta and Google Performance Marketing Specialist — someone who can not only execute but also strategize, structure, and scale campaigns profitably across multiple ad platforms.
Role Overview :
As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will own end-to-end performance strategy, execution, and optimization across Meta Ads and Google Ads. You’ll work closely with the creative and product teams to develop scalable, high-ROAS campaigns, build robust account structures, and constantly push the limits of growth efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategy & Planning
- Develop full-funnel performance marketing strategies across Meta and Google Ads to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Create audience and creative strategies tailored for each stage of the funnel.
- Plan media budgets, forecasting, and scaling roadmaps aligned with business goals.
- Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Build and manage advanced campaign structures (CBO / ABO, ASC, PMAX, search, and remarketing).
- Continuously test creatives, audiences, bidding models, and placements for optimization.
- Analyze performance data to identify scaling opportunities and optimize ROAS, CPA, and LTV.
- Manage and refine conversion tracking, pixels, UTM parameters, and event setups.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance across all channels and create detailed performance reports with actionable insights.
- Track attribution and data trends through tools like GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Data Studio dashboards.
- Identify growth levers through cohort analysis, funnel optimization, and data-backed scaling experiments.
- Collaboration
- Partner with creative, product, and analytics teams to create winning ad concepts and data-backed storytelling.
- Work with leadership to define monthly and quarterly growth targets and scaling plans.
Requirements :
3–6+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing across Meta (Facebook / Instagram) and Google (Search, Shopping, YouTube, Display, PMAX).Proven track record of scaling D2C or eCommerce brands profitably (₹10L–₹1Cr+ / month ad spends).Deep understanding of campaign structure best practices, funnel design, and attribution modeling.Strong analytical and data interpretation skills — comfort with dashboards, cohort analysis, and growth metrics.Hands-on experience with tools like GA4, Meta Events Manager, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.Strong grasp of creative strategy and testing methodologies (hooks, messaging, formats).Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to own growth outcomes end-to-end.Nice-to-Haves :
Experience with marketing automation tools (Klaviyo, HubSpot, etc.).Knowledge of CRO, landing page optimization, and post-purchase funnel flows.Experience working with or leading a small performance marketing team.What You’ll Get :
