Job Title : Sales & Marketing Executive
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Lead Generation
∙Identify, qualify, and generate new business leads through various channels (cold calls, email campaigns,
social media, networking, etc.)
∙Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead and client information
∙Schedule and coordinate meetings with prospective clients
∙Conduct preliminary sales pitches and presentations
∙Assist in proposal development, quotations, and follow-up communication
∙Monitor lead conversion and sales pipeline metrics
2. Marketing Duties
∙Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, etc.)
∙Create content for social media, email newsletters, blogs, and promotional materials
∙Manage and update the company’s website and social media platforms
∙Analyze marketing data and campaign performance; prepare reports and insights
∙Coordinate with vendors, designers, and agencies as needed
∙Support in organizing trade shows, webinars, and other promotional events
3. Executive Assistant Duties
∙Provide administrative support to the Director / Head of Sales & Marketing
∙Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare meeting agendas
∙Handle travel arrangements, expense reporting, and correspondence
∙Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents as required
∙Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications and tasks
Requirements
∙Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
∙2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or executive support roles
∙Strong organizational and time management skills
∙Excellent verbal and written communication skills
∙Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms
∙Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
∙High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
