Pinkvilla is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Sales Associate - West who will drive revenue growth, manage key client relationships, and develop strategic sales initiatives to expand our market share in the West region.

Based in : Mumbai, India.

What do you need to do? (Role and Responsibilities)

1. Sales Strategy and Revenue Generation :

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration.
  • Identify new business opportunities and lead the sales team in acquiring new clients.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and effectively manage the sales cycle.

2. Client Relationship Management :

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, advertising agencies, and media buyers.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored advertising solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • 3. Market Analysis and Reporting :

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to the senior management team.
  • Make recommendations for sales strategies and process improvements based on market insights.
  • 4. Collaboration and Cross-functional Coordination :

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, editorial, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of advertising campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and sales collateral.
  • Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate invoicing and timely collection of payments.
  • Who could you be? Background and Experience :

  • Master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years’ experience in Digital sales & Branded Content.
  • Experience working in the Digital Media & Entertainment Industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Indian digital media landscape and advertising trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market insights.
