Role Overview :
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic professional to join us as an Associate – Campus Engagement & Sales . In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding, activating, and engaging campus ambassadors while guiding them to achieve business targets. The position demands strong relationship-building skills, sales acumen, and the ability to design engagement strategies that drive performance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with campus ambassadors, serving as the single point of contact for queries and consistent engagement.
- Conduct field visits to colleges in assigned locations for onboarding new ambassadors, ensuring timely activation and performance alignment.
- Regularly connect with onboarded leads via calls to activate, engage, and support them in the program.
- Guide campus ambassadors with effective sales strategies to ensure achievement of monthly business targets.
- Monitor and analyze ambassador engagement and performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in designing and executing engagement initiatives to enhance the overall impact and effectiveness of the Campus Ambassador Program.
Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.Sales mindset with the ability to guide and motivate others toward achieving targets.Analytical ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.Comfortable working in a hybrid setup (office + field visits).Prior experience in sales, business development, or campus engagement is an advantage
