We are hiring for the following time slot

  • 12 PM - 4 PM

These courses are specially designed to maximize the learning of children in the age group of 4 to 14. Designation : GUITAR TEACHER

Responsibilities :

  • Teach children from the age group of 4 to 14 online.
  • Ensure that students enjoy the course!
  • Engage, encourage, and motivate students to reach their goals.
  • Evaluate student performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Conduct Demo Sessions with students and ensure conversions.
  • Conduct group and private lessons as required.
  • Provide a fun and creative environment.

    • Qualifications / Experience required :

  • Formal education in Music (Guitar).
  • Strong knowledge of music theory and sheet music.
  • Strong subject knowledge.
  • Experience in teaching Guitar.
  • Relevant teaching experience (1+ years)
  • Experience in the usage of technology in education would be a plus!

    • Skills Required :

  • Good English Communication Skills.
  • Must have experience in online teaching.
  • Must have a properly functioning Laptop / Desktop.
  • Must have access to strong internet services and reliable power backup sources.
  • Comfortable in teaching children.
  • Should be available for teaching 6 days a week.
  • Engages students in learning.
  • Passion for making learning fun!
  • Should be comfortable with Music sheet / Sight reading.
  • Must be proficient with Music Theory.

    • Other Information :

  • Looking for professionals ready to dedicate at least 4 hours / 6 hours / 8 hours a day.

    • Salary structure is as follows : 12 PM - 4 PM

    1-25 Sessions : Rs.125 / - per session + Rs. 75 / - per demo

    26-60 Sessions : Rs.150 / - per session + Rs.100 / - per demo

    61- 80 Sessions : Rs.200 / - per session + Rs.125 / - per demo

    81 & above Session : Rs. 250 / - per session + Rs. 150 / - per demo

    You are also eligible for minimum pay guarantee for 4 hrs / day

    For 1st month Rs 4000

    2nd month Rs 8000

    3rd month Rs 12000
