Principal Duties and Responsibilities :
- Design and maintain observability dashboards and alerting systems using Splunk and Datadog.
- Monitor application and infrastructure performance, availability, and usage trends.
- Analyze logs, metrics, and traces to support incident response and root cause analysis.
- Manage and execute Salesforce deployment activities using GitLab CI / CD pipelines, including metadata versioning, validation, and promotion across environments.
- Collaborate with DevOps, SRE, and Salesforce teams to ensure deployment quality and system visibility.
- Optimize data ingestion and retention strategies for observability tools.
- Document deployment processes, observability standards, and troubleshooting guides

Experience with Splunk (search queries, dashboards, alerts) and Datadog (APM, infrastructure monitoring).Hands-on experience with Salesforce deployment using GitLab, including CI / CD pipeline configuration and metadata management.Familiarity with Salesforce DX and version control best practices.Qualifications, Skills, Experience and Personal Requirements :
