Role Overview :

At Sociapa we are seeking a proactive, client-focused Account Manager (Digital Marketing) / Client Servicing Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, managing digital marketing projects end-to-end, and ensuring the seamless execution of campaigns aligned with client objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
• Understand client goals, brand positioning, and market dynamics to craft effective digital marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, media, content, and performance) to deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring complete client satisfaction.
• Present campaign plans, reports, and performance insights to clients in a clear and professional manner.
• Proactively identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and support business expansion through up-selling and cross-selling services.
• Resolve client concerns with a solution-oriented approach, ensuring trust and transparency at every stage.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and emerging best practices to add strategic value to client accounts.
