Job descriptionKey Responsibilities : - Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products / services. Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries effectively. Maintain records of calls and update CRM / database regularly. Follow up with leads and ensure timely communication and closure. Achieve daily / weekly / monthly call and sales targets. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Provide accurate information to customers and escalate issues when necessary. Requirements : - Proven experience as a Tele caller / Customer Support Executive / Tele sales Representative (preferred). Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. A quiet workspace and reliable internet connection (mandatory for remote work).
