Overview
Financial Planning Integrator / Admin Lead will be responsible for :
- Leading the Integrators & Ecosystem Admin team partnering with FPC Finance Lead to drive significant process harmonization and optimization through the leverage of Mosaic / Cockpit
- Ensure timely delivery of Closing / reporting and support to fcst activities by his team,
- Guarantees data quality in TM1 / Cockpit on a daily basis
- Lead and develop the Integrators / Admin team and Supervise Ecosystem Admin activities
Responsibilities
Added responsibilities are-
. Ensure excellent TM1 data quality and timely overall system administration is delivered for International Beverages businesses, which includes guiding the Ecosystem Admins to perform the following :i. Perform daily Data quality checks / corrections (before / during closing and planning cycles)
ii. TM1 Scenario Management (eg Create / officialise scenarios, etc)
iii. Runs daily Cubes flows and Export data to SPOT-Cockpit
iv. Perform Systems Reconciliation to ensure 100% financial data alignment between ERP, HFM, TM1 and Cockpit
v. Work closely with Navigators to maintain Mappings / allocations in TM1 updated (aligning any changes with business FP&A leads)
Supervise Closing / Reporting and Planning activities
. Works closely with Navigators and Integrators team to guarantee FOBO business closing / planning activities are performed on a timely and accurate manner by the FPC Central team.Qualifications
Min 12 years' experience in Finance Planning position (experience in FOBO business a MUST)CA / MBASound knowledge of TM1, Cockpit, A&M Budget Management and Conecntrate Management.TM1 experience is preferredSkills Required
