Job Profile -
- Responsible for repairs in NORD Service centre as well as on-site customer service support in defined time frame.
- In case of customer complaints, determine the cause of the failure taking inhouse knowledge support and compare it with the customer information ->
On-site diagnosis.
Writing Service visit reports for the customer or internally.Carry out repairs or modifications as specified on the service order / directed by supervisor.Visiting service partners to assist with practical trainings and proper utilization for customer complaints and follow-ups for reports.Qualifications -
Bachelors in Electronics / Mechatronics Engineering3-5 years of work experience exclusively as a VFD - Electronics Service Engineer with hands on experience for repairs, on-site customer visit, fault finding & diagnosis experience.Good fluency on Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) working, programming, diagnosis & repairs knowledge must for the role.Skills Required
