We are actively seeking a skilled and dedicated FICO Blaze Developer to join our client's team through Acme Services . This pivotal role is responsible for providing L2 and L3 level application support for FICO Blaze BRMS products , focusing on critical incident resolution and deep-dive problem-solving. The ideal candidate will also be proficient in CR (Change Request) development, unit testing , bug fixes, and supporting various testing phases, ultimately managing the release and deployment of new changes to production.
Key Responsibilities
- Application Support : Provide comprehensive L2 and L3 level application support for FICO Blaze BRMS products , addressing and resolving complex issues.
- Development & Testing : Drive CR (Change Request) development and unit testing for new functionalities and enhancements.
- Bug Fixing & Testing Support : Implement efficient bug fixes and provide dedicated support for SIT (System Integration Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) phases, ensuring solution quality.
- Release & Deployment Management : Manage the end-to-end process of releasing and deploying new changes into the Production environment , ensuring stability and minimal disruption.
Skills
Proven experience in L2 and L3 application support for FICO Blaze BRMS products.Proficiency in CR development and unit testing .Strong ability to perform bug fixes .Experience in supporting SIT and UAT testing .Competence in releasing and deploying changes into production .Solid understanding of FICO Blaze BRMS.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Skills Required
