Job descriptionComplete flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in India. Regional exposure manage recruitment for leading clients in the UAE, KSA, and across the GCC. Collaborative culture work with an experienced, global team that values ideas, ownership, and innovation. Work Schedule : 9 hours per day (including 1-hour lunch), 5 days a week. Manage the entire recruitment cycle sourcing, interviewing, and presenting top talent to clients. Build and nurture strong client relationships, understanding their business and hiring needs. Source candidates using multiple channels job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and networks. Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to ensure the right fit. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth hiring journey. Stay informed on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market intelligence. Collaborate with your teammates to achieve and exceed recruitment goals. 4-8 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally within a staffing or agency environment. Proven success hiring mid to senior-level professionals across various industries. Strong sense of ownership and accountability. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and listening skills. Adaptability and openness to new ideas, tools, and processes.
