As a recruiting consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing potential job seekers to fulfil the hiring requirements of our corporate clients.
Job Description : End-to-End Recruitment
- Responsible for handling non-IT requirements for our clients
- Understanding client requirements and accordingly executing a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the client's requirements
- Responsible for full cycle recruiting : interviews, offers, negotiations, and closing candidates for assigned requisitions
- Sourcing from Job Portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, etc.)
- Screening the candidates' resumes and contacting relevant candidates.
- Strong experience in non-IT hiring for niche skills
- Making job postings on the Job Portal
- Responsible for the sourcing and hiring of candidates, which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
- Candidates should have a sense of urgency, passion, and drive to ensure alignment with their business and make sure their hiring pools are always on track.
- Willing to make 50-60 calls a day for sourcing (screening, sourcing & scheduling calls and interviews).
- Must have strong convincing & follow-up with candidates
- Should be able to work under pressure.
Requirements :
