Job Responsibilities :
- Execute sales strategies, marketing plans, and business plans.
- Regular meeting with All buyers, Business development in assigned Key Account
- Market visit on monthly basis and prepare Market insights and competition details
- Monitor and Prepare PJP / Tour Plan for ASM
- Benchmark competition products & activities and develop an account wise
strategy to maintain. Tracking market share.
Smooth coordination with other departments like product team, commercial team, legal team etc.Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key customersAnalyse Promoter performance. Develop Secondary Sale Network across required Brands (merchandiser Management)Keep account Reconciliation on track and controlled manner. Resolve issues related to the sameAnalyse Chain / Category Performance. Prepare & Present Report on regular basis to NSM / GM on weekly basis.Analyse ASM Performance, Business issues and Solution on Weekly basisPrepare forecast for Pomro / Regular product line as per the business needExposure of handling Key accounts at national level. Must have exposure of handling D-mart account.Required Skill Set :
Knowledge about the Product & Industry.Exposure of handling D-mart account at National level.Analytical skills to derive observations from data, exposure of analyzing complex data and better Vision for trendsProcess driven, motivated and acute attention to detail.Ownership & cost orientation.Qualification : - Graduate in any field. Postgraduate is Preferred.
Experience : - Should have minimum 8 years of experience in similar trade
