We are seeking an experienced International Sales Associate to join our team at a leading food ingredients company. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth in international markets, building relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new international sales opportunities for food ingredients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and distributors globally.
- Conduct market research to understand trends and customer needs in international markets.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with international clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns for international markets.
- Provide feedback to the product development team regarding customer preferences and market demands.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.3-8 years of experience in international sales, preferably in the food ingredients sector.Strong understanding of international trade regulations and logistics.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Skills Required
