Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Store Manager in the F&B industry. The Store Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient store operations, leading and training staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing inventory and stock levels, and implementing retail loss prevention strategies. The Store Manager will also maintain high standards of customer service and communication with both staff and customers.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in Store Management
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies
• Leadership abilities and team training experience
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field is preferred
