What You'll Do
- Lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives driving Uber's HR technology transformation.
- Manage delivery across multiple HCM modules including Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, Payroll, Time, and Absence.
- Collaborate with HR, Engineering, and vendor partners to define project scope, timelines, and dependencies.
- Oversee execution across configuration, data migration, integrations, testing, and change management.
- Identify and mitigate risks, manage interdependencies, and resolve blockers across global teams.
- Drive consistent delivery frameworks and governance using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Communicate progress, risks, and metrics effectively to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Foster strong collaboration across time zones (U.S., EMEA, APAC) and promote a culture of partnership and accountability.
- Contribute to process improvements and ensure scalability of the HR tech landscape post go-live.
What You'll Need :
7+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or Engineering Manager in IT / Enterprise Systems.Proven experience leading large-scale ERP or HCM implementations (Oracle HCM, Workday, SAP, etc.).Strong grasp of program management methodologies, including Agile and hybrid models.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across technical and business domains.Strong organizational and analytical capabilities; able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet.Bonus point if :
In-depth understanding of HR technology and processes (Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Recruiting).Prior experience with Oracle HCM Cloud or other enterprise cloud implementations.Strong executive communication and stakeholder alignment skills in a matrixed setup.PMP or Agile / Scrum certification preferred.Experience working with distributed global teams and external vendors.Why Join Project Omaha
