Job Title : Program Manager - Data & Analytics Platform

Location : Hyderabad (Work from Office)

Experience : 7–12 Years

• 7+ years of experience in Program Management, Portfolio Management, or a Senior Product / Delivery role, with at least 3 years focused specifically on data and analytic programs.
• Experienced in setting up programs from scratch, driving overall program planning, execution, and delivery of data and analytics projects across multiple workstreams.
• Expert knowledge of Agile / Scrum and experience working with program management tools like Azure DevOps (ADO) .
• Proven ability Experienced in definition of program scope, timelines, milestones, and success metrics in alignment with strategic business objectives and integrating dependencies across the teams.
• Experienced in
• ensuring timely and quality delivery data and analytics products.
• Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), risks, and issues, and implement mitigation plans proactively.
• Managing stakeholder communications, including leadership reporting and periodic program health reviews, communication plans, change management initiatives, and stakeholder updates.
• Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and compliance standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Partner with product owners to translate strategic goals into executable program plans.
• Evaluate performance against OKRs and ensure benefits are tracked post-implementation.
• Communication : Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business implications.
