Job Title : IT Applications Manager – Housing Finance

Job Summary :

The IT Applications Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development, maintenance, and support of core business applications—especially Loan Origination Systems (LOS), Loan Management Systems (LMS), and other critical platforms used in the housing finance domain. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the technology supports strategic business goals and enhances operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of business applications, including implementation, upgrades, integration, and support.
• Lead application projects for core systems such as LOS, LMS, CRM, collections, and digital platforms (mobile / web).
• Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Evaluate and implement new tools, applications, or systems to support housing finance operations.
• Ensure applications meet regulatory and compliance requirements specific to housing finance and NBFCs.
• Oversee vendor relationships, SLAs, and third-party integrations.
• Monitor system performance, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
• Lead user training sessions and ensure high user adoption and satisfaction.
• Work with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams to ensure data security and application reliability.
• Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge bases.
