Head Mixologist

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head Mixologist at a new project by Khatirdari Collective, located in Ludhiana. The Head Mixologist will be responsible for designing and creating innovative cocktails, maintaining inventory, managing bar staff, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. The role also involves training and mentoring team members, adhering to safety and quality standards, and developing seasonal beverage menus to enhance the overall guest experience.

• Knowledge of Bar Operations and Safety Regulations

• Creativity and ability to innovate with craft cocktails and presentations
• Experience in managing budgets and maintaining cost controls
• Professional certifications in bartending or mixology are highly desirable
• Previous leadership experience in a bar or hospitality setting is preferred
