Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Product Specialist with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in Facets-Technical Azure and Microsoft SSIS along with domain expertise in Payer. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can effectively contribute to our projects during day shifts. The position does not require travel allowing for a balanced work-life integration.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product features and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Utilize Facets-Technical expertise to optimize system performance and support business operations.
• Implement and manage Azure cloud solutions to improve scalability and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain data integration processes using Microsoft SSIS to ensure seamless data flow.
• Analyze and interpret payer domain requirements to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to resolve system issues promptly.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Participate in the design and development of new product features to enhance user experience.
• Monitor and report on product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document technical requirements for new projects.
• Ensure all product documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant teams.
• Facilitate training sessions to educate team members on new product features and updates.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of product development processes.
