Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager located in Ahmedabad. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the company's HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance. The individual will oversee the implementation of HR policies and procedures, manage employee records, and handle any HR-related issues. They will also play a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring that the workforce is aligned with the company's goals and values.

Qualifications

• Recruitment and Employee Relations skills
• Experience in Performance Management and Training & Development
• Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in HR management roles is a plus
