Minimum 1-2 years of experienc e in either of following domains NGO,, client servicing, CSR program management, operations, or field partnerships.Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to collaborate with learners, team members, stakeholders and partner organisations.Highly organized , with the ability to multitask , prioritize effectively, and oversee multiple learner cohorts in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.Problem-solving mindset to make quick, independent decisions and proactively manage challenges.Flexible and adaptable to changing program needs; open to occasional travel.Proficient with Google Suite, Canva . Other supporting digital tools is a plus.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi .Based in Mumbai , with willingness to travel to field locations.Your Core Responsibilities
Partnership Development : Build strong organisational partnerships with colleges and NGOs to source deserving beneficiaries, lead meetings with decision-makers, and secure collaborations to advance program goals.Cohort Building & Management : Design, build, and manage cohorts of ambitious young women. Ensure their sustained engagement and success through proactive support.Program Delivery : Oversee high-quality program delivery, and ensure training content and facilitation meet learner needs and program goals.Program Engagement : Design creative strategies to boost visibility, manage media / influencer collaborations, and authentically showcase impact of ongoing projects.Strategic Collaboration : Work closely with founders and stakeholders on strategic decisions involving deliverables, compliance, program improvements and deepening impact.Monitoring & Compliance : Track performance, capture feedback / testimonials, and timely reporting to stakeholders. Ensure on-ground compliance with program deliverables.Administrative & Operational Leadership : Manage daily program operations, oversee administrative processes, and coordinate with the back-end team to ensure smooth execution of all program elements.Problem-Solving & Decision-Making : Take ownership of resolving operational and learner-related challenges quickly and effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to program delivery.How to Apply
