Knowledge on any Industry Standard Ticketing tool, ITIL Framework etc. Associate Google Workspace Administrator certification is preferred. Job Location : Chennai
Eligibility :
- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
- Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shifts
- Carry 2 photocopies of Aadhar / PAN
- Candidates to have registered EPs
- It is mandatory to submit a valid copy of TCS application form during the drive
- Good Knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
