Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Operations Manager, located in Indore with some work-from-home flexibility. The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, overseeing project implementation and maintenance contracts, coordinating with teams, ensuring projects meet deadlines and quality standards, and maintaining client relationships. Additionally, the role involves liaising with vendors, controlling budgets, and fostering a productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, operations management, and team handling.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
• Budget management and cost control expertise
• Ability to manage teams effectively and ensure high productivity
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant project management software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Knowledge of the thermal insulation industry is a plus
